Yes indeedy, I was up late-ish last night sewing up quite a few bowties, using only recycled thrifted fabrics, whether they be from old ties, pretty floral pillowcases or the left overs from hemming my vintage dresses.So far I count five that are complete save for the brooch back that needs to be hand-sewn on last, which I like to do while watching movies or Twin Peaks. All I have to do then is try to not get sucked into the story and keep that needle moving!
The bowties will be for sale at both the Marky Markets on Sunday 18th July and BrisStyle Twilight Market on Friday 30th July. Any left-overs will be listed online.
